JTA wasbrought in after construction of the Gold Coast desalination plant. Our job was to provide strategic advice and implementation skills to repair fractured community relationships, support the project's transit to an operational phase, and assist in land access negotiations.
JTA managed stakeholder, government and community engagement for the desalination plant and its associated pipeline as the project transitioned from construction to operation and was involved with addressing outstanding issues. This work included responding to structural damage claims and questions on rehabilitation, revegetation and operational issues, and obtaining landowner sign-off.
